Tell me your best health and exercise tips?

Surprisingly (this is me, after all) I have quite a few. And, unsurprisingly, they are all really easy.

  • Get off the bus a stop early (if reasonable)
  • If you feel peckish, have a drink first in case it was thirst, not hunger
  • Take the stairs instead of the lift/elevator
  • Do a little dance when you wait for things like kettles, toasters, microwaves etc
  • Have a lie in, or go to bed earlier
  • Don’t eat cereal
  • Eat more fruit - maybe instead of cereal XD
  • View calories only as an interesting fact, because if you wanna eat pizza, damn well eat pizza
